ACG , through its vast experience and knowledge, as well with the help of a very vast network of consultants, specializes in providing very specialized and focused services to some clients, for their various requirements. These services are provided by ACG in terms of the following methodology:

• A meeting is held with the management to understand it's perspective in terms of the specific requirements for the project.
• ACG holds several meetings with the management, their technical staff and other concerned support staff to understand about their needs, their goals and plans as well as their requirements and draws up a business plan and submits this to the client.
• ACG through its network of consultants and associates, and also through its own research, finalizes plans, which it offers to the clients to suit their requirements and then several meetings are conducted to have their approvals.
• An MOU is signed between ACG and the client.
• ACG commences its work and makes the progress reports as per the scheduled plan, as and when detailed meetings are undertaken with the client and the support staff.
• Based on the arrangements, ACG , implements the plans and then ensurses the execution and implementation.
